Media manipulation?  Alternative facts?  They may be today’s headlines but they are not new.  In this 1951 film noir, reporter Kirk Douglas is anything but a hero.  Only his cynicism is pure.  Written and directed by Billy Wilder, “Ace in the Hole” is both satire and horror story.
It is also our way of celebrating the 100th birthday of Kirk Douglas.
"Ace in the Hole" is free and open to the public.  Bring your friends.  We are looking forward to seeing you.
Please join us for dinner before the film, at 6:00 pm.
Cost: $10, payable at the door.
